Sam Pardue

Sam is the CEO and founder of Indow, which he started in his living room in 2010. He invented the product with a fellow Indow pioneer employee. He ran product development, marketing, and funding as Indow established itself, and remains an active collaborator in each department. In 2020, he developed the framework for Clean Practice to keep his operations running safely through the COVID-19 pandemic. Before Indow, he co-founded Lensbaby, manufacturer of award-winning special effects camera lenses. He has a MBA from Carnegie Mellon and his years as a Marketing Manager at Intel to help drive his innovative spirit.

Maria Grzanka

Maria is a facilitator and instructor with 20 years experience practicing Lean Six Sigma in tech, manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics. In 2018, Maria quit corporate life to travel and start her own consulting practice. She helps people see process through problem solving workshops and training. She volunteers as an organizer and facilitator at Lean Portland and Future of Work Portland. She is also a Process Improvement instructor at Portland State University's Center for Executive and Professional Education. Maria holds a degree in Integrated Supply Management and has led Lean implementations in several large organizations.

Teri Danielson

Teri is the co-founder and owner of Northwest Food Solutions where she helps clients implement improvements in supply chain and food safety. She has 30+ years’ experience in operations and quality leadership roles, including Starbucks Coffee Company and Tazo Tea Company. Teri specializes in re-designing processes to maximize efficiency, helping companies implement food safety programs, and managing new product implementation projects. Teri holds a B.S. in Microbiology from Oregon State University and a Project Management certificate from Portland State University.

Brion Hurley

Brion is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Business Performance Improvement. Prior to BPI, he spent 18 years at Rockwell Collins as a Lean Six Sigma consultant, leading corporate sustainability teams and helping to connect process improvement concepts with sustainability. He has a BS in Statistics, a certificate in Sustainability, and an MS in Quality Management from the University of Iowa. He volunteers with Lean Portland as the community consultant lead, managing and leading non-profit improvement projects. He is also the author of “Lean Six Sigma for Good: How Improvement Experts Can Help People in Need, and Help Improve the Environment.” He is looking to help organizations keep their employees safe while building a culture of engagement and improvement.

Greg Hastings

Greg is the Co-Founder and Director of RIVR Solutions Ltd, which is a consulting firm working with businesses to drive efficiencies and lower costs within their organization. With over 30 years of experience in industry, he has held Operations and Quality Management positions in the Semiconductor, Factory Automation, Transportation, and Aerospace industries. With over 70 kaizen events under his belt, Greg received his Lean Training with the Delphi Institute in Detroit Michigan.  He consults for organizations all over North America to help them set up management structures and drive improvement.  Clean Practice is now part of his tool box, and looks forward to helping companies ensure safe work practices in light of COVID-19.

Amina Moreau

Amina has a background in the psychology of storytelling, and believes that narrative persuasion can be one of the most powerful tools for social change. In the COVID-19 era, positive behavior change is critical to ensuring safe environments, which starts with team alignment and accountability — both of which can be fostered with a great narrative approach. Amina offers organizational training as well as individual coaching on not just how to tell the most impactful story, but how to truly live a great story for a better, safer future. She is the founder of 5-time Emmy Award-winning StillmotionSway Storytelling, and most recently, Float Small Business: a resource for businesses fighting to survive the economic impacts of COVID-19.
